Partner Success Manager

Position Overview: As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional service and achieve their goals using our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for our partners, managing multiple relationships simultaneously and resolving issues swiftly. Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks, communicate effectively with partners, and provide excellent customer service will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners. Ensure they feel supported and are achieving success with our products and services.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead new partners through the onboarding process, offering guidance, training, and assistance to ensure they understand and can effectively use our solutions.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Act as a problem-solver by addressing any concerns or issues from partners. Utilize strong customer service skills to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain partner satisfaction.
- Organization & Time Management: Manage multiple partner accounts at once, ensuring timely responses and follow-through on requests. Stay organized with tools and systems to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement plans that drive growth and success, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring partners are meeting their goals.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partners have all the resources and support they need.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from partners to internal teams to enhance the product experience and address any pain points.
- Renewals & Upsell: Work with the sales team to assist in identifying upsell opportunities and ensure smooth contract renewals, building trust with partners to encourage long-term loyalty.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or large account management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple partner relationships and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage and resolve partner issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to partners, and address their concerns effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve challenges.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management tools.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for helping others succeed and a strong desire to exceed partner expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Insurance industry or working with channel partners.
- Familiarity with insurance agency service models.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of Commercial Insurance agency operations
